Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio. The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and the ability to optimize complex campaign structures independently. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Role involves:
Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns.
Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
Documenting tests and campaign changes.
Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
