Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive growth and profitability for the company's paid media portfolio across multiple channels and verticals.
Responsibilities: - Take ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for assigned Google Ads campaigns.
- Source and manage creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials.
- Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with clear measurable objectives.
- Monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations.
- Document all tests and campaign changes, sharing wins and learnings.
- Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilize competitive research and intelligence tools.
- Become the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
