Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The role involves driving growth and profitability across multiple channels and verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
- Source and manage creative assets for campaigns.
- Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with clear objectives.
- Monitor campaign health and perform routine optimizations.
- Document tests and campaign changes, sharing learnings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilize competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
- Become the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
