Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive growth and profitability through the strategic execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of campaign performance, source and manage creative assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and optimize campaign strategies.
Role Involves:
- Leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals.
- Taking full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for assigned Google Ads campaigns.
- Sourcing and managing creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives.
- Continuously monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
- Documenting all tests and campaign changes in a structured test log.
- Collaborating closely with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools to understand vertical landscapes.
- Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
