Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive growth and profitability through Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads across various channels. This role involves taking ownership of campaign performance, sourcing creative assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
  • Source and manage creative assets for campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with clear objectives.
  • Monitor campaign health and perform routine optimizations.
  • Document tests and campaign changes, sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leads and the yield team to identify trends.
  • Utilize competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
