Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio. The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and a proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.This role involves:
Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
Sourcing and managing creative assets.
Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns.
Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
Documenting tests and campaign changes.
Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
Ability to write compelling ad copy.
