Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive growth and profitability through Google Ads campaigns. This role involves leading strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels and verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and proven experience managing large-scale budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Sourcing and managing creative assets.
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
  • Documenting tests and campaign changes.
  • Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
  • Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
  • Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
