Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio. The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem and the ability to optimize complex campaign structures independently.
Role involves:
- Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns across channels.
- Sourcing and managing creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials, for campaigns.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives.
- Continuously monitoring campaign health, performing routine optimizations to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS.
- Documenting all tests and campaign changes in a structured test log.
- Collaborating closely with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools to understand vertical landscapes.
- Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
