Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio. In this role, the candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will take full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns, ensuring campaigns meet goals. They will also source and manage creative assets, plan and launch new campaigns, and continuously monitor campaign health.
Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns across channels.
- Source and manage creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials, for campaigns.
- Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives.
- Continuously monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations.
- Document all tests and campaign changes in a structured test log.
- Collaborate closely with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilize competitive research and intelligence tools to understand vertical landscapes.
- Become the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
