Job Description

Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive growth and profitability for the company's paid media portfolio across multiple channels and verticals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and the ability to manage large-scale budgets while meeting ROAS and revenue KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns.
  • Sourcing and managing creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials.
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns with clear measurable objectives.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
  • Documenting all tests and campaign changes in a structured test log.
  • Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
  • Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
  • Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
