Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and the ability to manage large-scale budgets while meeting ROAS and revenue KPIs.

Role Involves: - Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for assigned Google Ads campaigns.
- Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns with clear objectives.
- Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
- Documenting tests and campaign changes, sharing learnings with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
- Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
