Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Google

Job Description

Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio through the strategic execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for assigned Google Ads campaigns across various channels, ensuring goals are met. They will also source and manage creative assets, plan and launch new campaigns, and continuously monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations.This role involves:

• Leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
• Managing large-scale budgets and meeting ROAS and revenue KPIs.
• Sourcing and managing creative assets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
