The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets to meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.

Role Involves:

  • Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns with measurable objectives.
  • Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
  • Documenting tests and campaign changes, sharing learnings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
  • Utilizing competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
