Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive growth and profitability for the company's paid media portfolio across multiple channels and verticals.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
Source and manage creative assets for campaigns.
Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with clear objectives.
Monitor campaign health and perform routine optimizations.
Document tests and campaign changes, sharing learnings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
Utilize competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
Become the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
