Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The role involves driving growth and profitability for the company's paid media portfolio across multiple channels and verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and a proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
This role involves:
- Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
- Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
- Documenting tests and campaign changes.
- Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
- Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
- Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
The requirements are:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
