Job Description
CarOnSale is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive digital transformation in the B2B automotive trade across Europe. The role is based in their Berlin-Schöneberg office. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the field sales team, the strategy department, and the customer success team.
    Role Involves:
  • Engaging with customers through outbound and inbound leads.
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to long-term customer care.
  • Becoming an expert on the CarOnSale platform and providing valuable demos.
  • Independently managing sales activities and proactively identifying and engaging customers.
  • Maintaining an overview of the sales pipeline and using CRM for data-driven decisions.
    Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in inside sales or business development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Proactive thinking and adaptability to different conversation partners and situations.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to develop in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to present complex topics simply and convincingly.
  • Team player with a willingness to take responsibility and contribute to progress.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or Slack.
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, and good English skills.
