Job Description
CarOnSale is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive digital transformation in the B2B automotive trade across Europe. The role is based in their Berlin-Schöneberg office. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the field sales team, the strategy department, and the customer success team.
Role Involves: - Engaging with customers through outbound and inbound leads.
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to long-term customer care.
- Becoming an expert on the CarOnSale platform and providing valuable demos.
- Independently managing sales activities and proactively identifying and engaging customers.
- Maintaining an overview of the sales pipeline and using CRM for data-driven decisions.
Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in inside sales or business development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Proactive thinking and adaptability to different conversation partners and situations.
- Passion for sales and a desire to develop in a growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to present complex topics simply and convincingly.
- Team player with a willingness to take responsibility and contribute to progress.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or Slack.
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, and good English skills.
