Sony Pictures Imageworks is seeking a Production Office Coordinator for their Vancouver location. This role supports the entire production team, focusing on the Digital Production Managers and Producers. The Production Office Coordinator will manage meeting schedules, oversee craft services and events, and mentor Production Assistants across three locations. This position requires the candidate to be in the office most of the week, but offers the option to work remotely as needed.What this role involves:
  • Managing the project's daily meeting schedule using Google Calendar.
  • Working closely with Digital Production Managers, Producers, and clients to plan meeting schedules.
  • Facilitating client visits, including events, seating, and ad hoc needs.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of project events and craft services.
  • Managing and mentoring Production Assistants.
What we need to see:
  • Experience with standard administrative tasks and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar and basic understanding of Google Suite tools.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive queries and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
