The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Head of B2B Shopper Marketing to lead the development and implementation of its shopper-centered trade strategy. The Head of B2B Shopper Marketing will play a central leadership role in shaping the interaction between brand, sales, and trade from the perspective of professional buyers, with a clear focus on impact at the point of sale, cross-channel brand presence, and data-based decision-making. The role involves leading a team and external partners with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Role Involves:

  • Developing a comprehensive shopper marketing strategy for the B2B sector.
  • Leading a team, fostering talent, and developing structures.
  • Conceiving and implementing integrated POS campaigns and retail media initiatives.
  • Translating insights from shopper and customer data into actionable concepts.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, brand, trade marketing, category management, and operations.
  • Managing agencies, display partners, and media service providers.
  • Defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously optimizing for impact and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in shopper, trade, or retail marketing, ideally with a B2B focus.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing people.
  • Understanding of purchasing logics in professional trade.
  • Experience with cross-channel campaigns, POS concepts, and retail media strategies.
  • Analytical skills and decision-making based on data and clear targets.
  • Organizational talent and implementation strength.
  • Clear, convincing, and targeted communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
