iFood is seeking an Operações Specialist to join their team. This role is based in Brazil and offers a hybrid work environment. The Operações Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data to identify patterns and causes of incorrect orders, proposing solutions, monitoring key indicators of operational quality, implementing improvements in operational processes to optimize results, acting as a technical reference for the team of full analysts, promoting development, and working to reduce complaints, minimize financial losses, and increase NPS.
