Job Description
iFood is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as a Coordination Person of Operations, focusing on Assortment and Category Management within the Market and Wholesale verticals. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives related to assortment, addressing gaps, and optimizing seasonality. The successful candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, define scopes, manage timelines, and track key performance indicators. They will also be responsible for data analysis to identify opportunities for assortment improvements and activations.Responsibilities:- Leading the Market and Wholesale vertical, coordinating strategic assortment initiatives and projects.
- Executing strategic fronts, addressing assortment gaps, rationalization, and intelligent seasonality.
- Connecting promotions with Merchant, ADS, and Growth areas to maximize results.
- Managing projects end-to-end, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, and indicators.
- Conducting data analysis to identify activation opportunities and assortment improvements.
- Coordinating specific people or fronts, promoting technical development and results delivery.
- Representing the vertical in strategic forums, aligning initiatives with Commercial, Sales Ops, BI, and Tech.
- Ensuring governance and continuous evolution of assortment initiatives, with structure and prioritization.
- Experience in assortment, category management, commercial planning, or supply chain.
- Strong command of data analysis, including Excel/Sheets, SQL, and analysis tools.
- Ability to execute structured and focused on deliveries with business impact.
- Experience in project management and interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to articulate with peers and leadership.
