This role focuses on developing end-to-end data and artificial intelligence solutions, particularly in CRM and personalization.

The Senior Data Scientist will work with LLM-based agents, applying them to communication channels like WhatsApp. They will utilize tools such as Databricks, Airflow, AWS, and iFood's internal platforms. The role involves analyzing large volumes of transactional data to extract actionable insights, proposing new ideas, testing hypotheses, and delivering results with cadence.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end data and AI solutions for CRM and personalization.
• Working with LLM-based agents for communication via channels like WhatsApp.
• Utilizing tools like Databricks, Airflow, and AWS.
• Analyzing large volumes of transactional data to extract insights.
• Collaborating with product and technology teams.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with LLMs, conversational agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering knowledge.
• Experience with big data tools and AI/ML platforms in the cloud.
• Solid foundation in data science and machine learning.
