Senior Delivery Manager

Job Description

Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for their venture, Koodoo, located in Mumbai, India. This role is critical in ensuring projects and services are delivered effectively, on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Delivery Manager will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the building of next-generation GenAI-enabled tech businesses.Responsibilities:

• Agile Delivery Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution activities.
• Business Outcome Alignment: Work closely with product teams to track North Star metrics.
• Hands-on QA Automation: Contribute to and develop automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Manual QA Oversight: Create comprehensive manual test artifacts and documentation.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery management, product management, or related roles.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing QA automation frameworks and tools.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Technical proficiency in at least one automation language/framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
