Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Administrator to manage lease obligations and support the scaling of their real estate portfolio. This role involves handling multiple tasks, taking initiative, and ensuring compliance in lease reporting. The Real Estate Portfolio Administrator will report to the Associate Manager, Portfolio Administration.Responsibilities include:
- Managing the global portfolio, tracking critical dates, and driving strategic real estate decisions.
- Reviewing and approving lease abstractions.
- Partnering with the Construction Management team to review Construction timelines.
- Working with Lease Accounting to ensure compliance.
- Coordinating sublease projects and obtaining Landlord approval.
- Monitoring and collecting reimbursements from Landlords.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting.
Requirements include:
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and lease accounting principles.
- 3+ years of experience managing a global real estate portfolio.
- Expertise in understanding and interpreting complex lease language and CAM charges.
- Proficiency with lease database tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills.
