Job Description

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to help grow its International subscription business. The ideal candidate will generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. This role owns the DashPass Canada business end-to-end, with the goal of building a best-in-class membership for the most engaged users on DoorDash.

The role involves:

  • Leading new initiatives.
  • Running and refining experiments to improve subscriber retention.
  • Analyzing data to explain market performance.
  • Authoring long-term strategy roadmaps and translating them into actionable plans.

DoorDash is excited about candidates who have:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations or related; subscription business or retention marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to solve analytical problems quickly, and are experienced in SQL and/or Excel.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
  • Experience defining scope and vision from ambiguous problems.
  • The ability to learn new skills, and can apply them to their work quickly and independently.
  • A bias towards action and can pivot when they learn new information.
  • The ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions.
