VP, Industrialization

Job Description

Impinj Inc., a leading RAIN RFID provider, is seeking a VP of Industrialization. This role is based in Seattle, Washington, and involves defining and executing Impinj's industrialization strategy, leading efforts in RAIN RFID inlay manufacturing, test, and related technologies. The VP will direct the industrialization team, partner with the silicon design team, and drive R&D programs. They will also identify and solve customer production challenges and represent Impinj in industry standards bodies.Role involves:

• Defining and executing Impinj's industrialization strategy.
• Developing inlay manufacturing and test flow.
• Directing and scaling the Impinj industrialization team.
• Partnering with the silicon design team.
• Managing R&D programs.
• Solving customer production challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Silicon Design, Test, and Manufacturing.
• 7+ years in global leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy and execute complex goals.
• Strong track record of developing repeatable processes.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Deep understanding of Silicon manufacturing variance.
