The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a team, shaping a sales engine, and achieving ambitious growth plans. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with merchants and partners, and implementing a localized Enterprise Sales playbook.
Role Involves:
- Owning new business revenue targets in Italy.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Building strong relationships with merchants and partners.
- Designing and implementing a localized Enterprise Sales playbook.
- Rolling out a structured forecasting and reporting system.
- Supporting the growth of a high-performing sales team.
- Coaching peers on sales skills, accountability, and communication.
Requirements:
- Exceptional B2B sales performance with a proven track record.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, or digital industries.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
- Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
- Structured, data-driven, and self-starting approach.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent English.
