Job Description
Butternut Box, operating also as PsiBufet, is seeking a motivated Lider Zespołu Magazynu (Warehouse Team Leader) to manage a team of forklift operators at their Zabrze location. This role involves overseeing warehouse activities, including receiving and shipping goods, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Team Leader will report to the Warehouse and Packaging Manager and collaborate with other team leaders in production and packaging.
Role Involves:
- Supervising a team of forklift operators.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements.
- Collaborating with various functional teams.
- Maintaining workplace safety and hygiene.
- Performing order packing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- UDT license for forklift operation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a production and warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Resilience and flexibility in facing challenges.
- Willingness to continuous development.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Availability to work in a shift system (12h).
- Sanitary and epidemiological certificate (company covers the cost if absent).
