Job Description

Butternut Box, which acquired PsiBufet in 2023, is seeking a motivated and experienced Lider Zespołu Pakowania (Packaging Team Leader) to manage the packaging and shipping process at their new production facility in Zabrze. This role is crucial for ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. The Lider Zespołu Pakowania will report to the Kierownik ds. Magazynu i Pakowania (Warehouse and Packaging Manager) and will be responsible for the daily operations of the packaging team.

The role involves:

• Supervising the packaging process to meet quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
• Building a positive work environment and motivating the team.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising the team's work.
• Monitoring team performance to achieve targets.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with various functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Warehouse.
• Maintaining order, safety, and hygiene in the workplace.
• Performing tasks related to order packaging.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a production environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Resilience and flexibility in facing challenges.
• Willingness to continuously develop.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Availability to work in a shift system (12 hours).
• Certificate for sanitary-epidemiological purposes (covered by the company if lacking).
