Job Description

Butternut Box is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lider Zespołu Produkcji to lead their production team in Zabrze. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of meal production, from ingredient preparation to cooking and packaging, while managing a team of Production Operators. Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, the Lider Zespołu Produkcji will collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Packaging Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.

Role involves:

• Supervising work to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Building a positive work environment and motivating the team.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising team work.
• Collaborating with the Purchasing and Planning Team to align production with sales.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring order, safety, and hygiene at work.
• Performing production and order packaging tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in high-speed, large-scale production.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Resilience and flexibility in facing challenges.
• Willingness to continuous development.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Availability to work in a shift system (12h).
• Sanitary and epidemiological certificate (company covers the cost if lacking).
• Love for dogs.
