GR8 Tech, a global product company providing innovative platforms for the iGaming industry, is seeking a Design and Art-direction Lead. This role involves leading the development of creative concepts, driving the visual identity of GR8 Tech, and overseeing all visual output to ensure excellence and consistency. The Design and Art-direction Lead will collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to align creative ideas with business objectives, and will inspire, manage, and mentor a team of designers and external creatives.

• Organizing and optimizing the workflow of the design team

• 7+ years of experience in creative/marketing industries
• A portfolio showcasing creative leadership
• Proven ability to deliver conceptual work and design systems
• Deep understanding of branding and visual strategy
• Experience working with creative campaigns for the European market
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage people and projects
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
