Job Description
ATS, founded in 1985, is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. They specialize in industrial maintenance, enhancing factory operations. They are seeking a Field Service Maintenance Engineer to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment within industrial manufacturing settings. This includes manufacturing process equipment, CNC machinery, robotics, automation, conveyance systems, packaging systems, and ancillary equipment. The role involves sensor installation, breakdown support, and aiding ATS projects for growth. The ideal candidate will apply their knowledge of industrial electrical, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, and have familiarity with various industry controls programs.
Role Involves:
- Performing break-fix & preventative maintenance.
- Identifying parts, supplies and repair items.
- Executing maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Setting up and operating multiple machining operations.
- Performing welding tasks.
- Documenting work performed in service reports.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing complex equipment.
Requirements:
- Relevant education to level six and minimum five years related experience.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and specialised tools.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.
- Extensive travel (Local, National, International).
