Job Description

OfferZen is seeking a Talent Advisor to empower developers in South Africa to find their dream jobs. The Talent Advisor will build relationships with candidates, provide expert advice, and support them throughout their journey on the OfferZen marketplace. This role involves collaborating with candidates, other Talent Advisors, and Account Managers to facilitate successful placements.

Responsibilities include:

• Coaching candidates to find new jobs through OfferZen.
• Providing expert marketplace knowledge and interview advice.
• Collaborating with account managers to facilitate successful placements.
• Contributing to team best practices.
• Responding efficiently to candidate needs.
• Advising candidates on tech job search dynamics.
• Troubleshooting blockers candidates may encounter.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Passion for technology and solving human problems.
