Job Description

Jenni Kayne, a California-based lifestyle brand, is seeking a Sales Associate for their Naples, FL location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maximizing sales, providing excellent customer service, and building client relationships. They will also participate in store operations, events, and loss prevention.

Role Involves:

  • Maximize sales and provide customer service
  • Communicate with customers to determine their needs
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions
  • Maintain displays and assist with stock transfers
  • Participate in store events
  • Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards
  • Share feedback with management
  • Secure company assets through loss prevention

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales
  • Experience or interest in home interiors is a plus
  • Can-do attitude and commitment to customer service
  • Willingness to work during peak business periods
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of POS and Inventory Management systems
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more)
