Senior Technical Consultant - India

Job Description

Domo is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join its Client Services team in Pune, India. The Senior Technical Consultant will focus on implementing fault-tolerant, highly scalable solutions, working hands-on with data and partnering with customers and technical teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.

The role involves:

• Developing strategies for data acquisition and integration.
• Mapping source system data to Domo's data architecture.
• Leading database analysis, design, and build efforts.
• Designing scalable and efficient data models.
• Implementing best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling.
• Providing guidance on complex SQL queries.
• Ensuring data quality and performing validation.
• Writing Python scripts to automate governance processes.
• Building custom Domo applications.
• Developing Agent Catalysts for AI-powered insights.
• Reviewing and documenting existing data pipelines.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience supporting business intelligence systems.
• Expert SQL skills.
• Expertise with Windows and Linux environments.
• Expertise with relational, columnar, and NoSQL database technologies.
• Understanding of data modeling skills.
• Experience dealing with large data sets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
