IONOS is seeking a Global Head of Media to lead their media team in either Karlsruhe or Berlin. The ideal candidate will be passionate about media, skilled in connecting channels, and experienced in managing both classic and digital media portfolios. They should be a communicative team player with leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The Global Head of Media will be responsible for leading a ten-member team and managing a brand budget exceeding €60 million annually across IONOS's core brands. This role involves holistic planning, control, and optimization of budget allocation, as well as operational management of national and international campaigns. The candidate will also be responsible for the further development of programmatic display, management of central media platforms, and optimization of tracking and attribution setups.

Role Involves:

  • Leading a ten-member team of media strategists and online/offline marketing experts.
  • Managing a brand budget of over €60 million for IONOS, Strato, and home.pl.
  • Planning, controlling, and optimizing the allocation of the brand budget.
  • Developing programmatic display and managing media platforms like Google Ads and DV360.
  • Optimizing tracking and attribution setups.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least ten years of experience in media, with a focus on online marketing and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing global media budgets.
  • Expertise in DV360 and CM360.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
