Client Partner, Mid-Market (Goods)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Client Partner to join their Mid-Market team in San Francisco. This individual will cultivate relationships with key brands, ensuring they achieve their business objectives using Reddit's advertising solutions. The Client Partner will act as the CEO of their book of business, taking ownership of strategic bets and revenue forecasting.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to deliver Reddit solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Create mutually beneficial partnerships between clients and Reddit.
• Manage strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
• Communicate feedback on sales processes and products.
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners.
• Establish relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit.
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for platform updates.
• Provide strategic advice to grow client relationships.
• Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train other team members.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and Account Managers.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in digital media.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales.
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise.
• Existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing account growth strategies.
• Ability to lead special projects.
• Ability to manage and scale a book of business.
• Positive outlook and team player.
• Achievement against sales targets.
• Motivated self-starter.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent.
