Reddit is seeking a Client Partner to join their Mid-Market team in San Francisco. The Client Partner will cultivate relationships with key brands, ensuring they achieve their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to deliver Reddit solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Create mutually beneficial partnerships between clients and Reddit.
- Take ownership of strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
- Communicate feedback on sales processes and products.
- Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners.
- Construct joint business plans with top clients.
- Educate new clients on Reddit and the ads platform.
- Leverage data to inform client strategies and proposals.
- Meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
- Act as a primary point of contact for platform updates.
- Provide strategic advice to grow client relationships.
- Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap.
- Mentor and train other team members.
- Collaborate with Client Partners and Account Managers.
- Build internal relationships to deliver on client goals.
Requirements: - 4-7 years of experience in digital media.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
- Deep industry expertise.
- Existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
- Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
- Experience building and executing account growth strategies.
- Ability to lead special projects.
- Ability to manage and scale a book of business.
- Positive outlook and team player.
- Achievement against sales targets.
- Motivated self-starter.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent.
