Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Services)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Manager to lead the Mid-Market Services team in San Francisco. This role focuses on helping B2B advertisers succeed on the Reddit platform. The Manager will build and lead a team of Client Partners and Account Managers, driving acquisition and growth across the US Mid-Market Services segment, which includes businesses in B2B, Tech, Finance, and more. This position requires in-person work from the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week.Reddit is a community-driven platform with over 100,000 active communities and 101M+ daily active unique visitors, making it a significant source of information on the internet.Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training, and leading a team of Client Partners, Account Managers, and Client Account Executives.
• Building and expanding the organization in profitable ways.
• Driving the team to exceed revenue targets.
• Advising sales and product management on market opportunities and strategic planning.
• Partnering with Marketing to drive product launches and establish Reddit as a leader.
• Partnering with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial targets.
• Building and managing senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of direct people management experience in media sales.
• 8-10 years of experience in media sales.
• Experience leading and building sales teams.
• Track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B advertising strategy and customer needs.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies for B2B advertisers.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales and strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for Reddit and its audience.
