Job Description
The ACLU is seeking a Leadership Gifts Associate to join their Development Department. This role supports the Leadership Gifts team by providing fundraising, research, and administrative assistance. The Leadership Gifts Associate will work closely with fundraisers and the Deputy Director of Leadership Gifts to maintain donor communications, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in the preparation of donor materials.Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining donor-related communications and data in the CRM.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely gift processing.
  • Assisting in the preparation of donor strategy briefing papers and funding proposals.
  • Editing and sending gift acknowledgement letters.
  • Conducting research on donors and prospects.
  • Drafting and proofreading donor communications.
  • Managing staff travel arrangements.
