Finance Coach (VP+)

Job Description

Mento is seeking experienced finance leaders to join their team as Finance Coaches. This remote, contract-based role involves providing 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to Mento members, helping them achieve their professional goals and enhance their leadership skills. The ideal candidate will participate in ongoing training, contribute to the Mento coaching community, and act as an ambassador for the company's mission.Role involves:

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members
• Participating in training sessions
• Communicating with members via email or chat
• Sharing coaching tools and insights
• Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience managing finance teams and coaching individuals
• Passion for helping people advance in the workplace
• High emotional IQ and ability to create a safe space for vulnerability
• Growth mindset and excitement for developing coaching skills
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Ability to dedicate 12+ hours per month to coaching
• Minimum commitment of 24 months
• Based in North America or Europe
