Job Description
Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Vehicle Appraiser to join their Wholesale & Dealer Operations team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves evaluating and pricing vehicles, managing appraisal leads, and driving auction success. The Vehicle Appraiser will play a crucial part in optimizing wholesale operations across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Selling vehicles in live & timed auctions, participating in negotiations and maximizing sale conversion.
- Managing pricing by implementing frameworks for wholesale acquired units.
- Evaluating vehicle condition by assessing damage reports, pictures, and accident history.
- Analyzing market trends and auction data to make informed pricing and sale decisions.
- Maintaining and monitoring key auction metrics, ensuring efficient unit turnover.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility.
- A passion for cars is a big plus!
