Job Description
Spaceship is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team in Sydney. Spaceship's investment philosophy focuses on investing in "Where the World is Going" (WWG), targeting trends like e-commerce, clean energy, and fintech. The Investment Analyst will play a crucial role in researching and recommending global stocks for actively managed portfolios.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed company analysis and financial modeling.
- Meeting with company management and performing top-down industry analysis.
- Making stock recommendations for actively managed portfolios.
- Assisting with investment processes, including trading and corporate actions.
- Managing relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A passion for financial markets and investing.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including financial modeling.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
- Degree qualifications with a strong academic record; CFA or progress towards it is favorable.
- Interest in covering technology and healthcare sectors.
