Lead Mobile Speed Operator

Job Description

Verra Mobility is seeking a Lead Mobile Speed Operator to work closely with the Field Supervisor to maximize efficiency and performance of the mobile unit team. This role involves driving and deploying Mobile Speed Units to scheduled deployment sites, setting up and taking down the photo system, and ensuring the accuracy of court deployment forms. The Lead Mobile Speed Operator will also provide continuous training to mobile unit drivers.Responsibilities:

• Training new drivers and providing continuous training.
• Ensuring quality images are produced during camera setup.
• Verifying the accuracy of deployment forms.
• Working with the Field Supervisor to produce weekly schedules.
• Collaborating with the Network Operations Center (NOC) / Verra Command Center (VCC) to maximize deployment hours.
• Deploying the Mobile Speed Unit to assigned sites, which may require local or state travel.
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
• Logging and reporting equipment issues promptly.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform job with little supervision.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Photography knowledge and skills a plus.
• Ability to self-motivate.
• Ability to work first or second shift, including weekend shifts.
