Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Lead Content Writer AI/ML to create captivating narratives around AI and financial technology. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into engaging content for various audiences. The Lead Content Writer AI/ML will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to produce blog posts, white papers, and scripts. They will also lead conversations on AI advancements and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling blog posts, scripts, and editorial pieces on AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineers to create white papers describing Cleo's AI system and research.
  • Work with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Lead conversations around AI and NLP advancements.
  • Manage complex information and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support wider marketing team initiatives, including CRM and website copy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience writing for diverse formats (research papers, blogs, video scripts, industry articles, social posts).
  • Ability to adjust technical depth for varied audiences.
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
  • Strong editorial background.
  • Fintech experience is a plus.
  • Portfolio of technical writing work.
  • Based on the US East Coast.
