Job Description
Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Paid Search Marketing Manager to enhance their paid acquisition efforts. This role involves joining a team of channel managers and owning the Paid Search strategy, bringing fresh experience and perspective to the team. The ideal candidate will exhibit high drive, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort in manipulating data using SQL to uncover insights. They will collaborate closely with creative, data, product, and growth teams to drive consistent, sustainable user acquisition.

Role Involves:
  • Managing day-to-day operations across Paid Search, including creative testing, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Continuously testing and refining campaigns, strategies, and creatives to maximize volume and minimize cost.
  • Leading initiatives like landing page experiments and new channel launches.
  • Owning performance reporting for the Paid Search channel and communicating results clearly.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience managing paid search for a B2C business or agency, preferably in a mobile/app-first company and the finance vertical.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely across creative and analytical teams.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to deliver clear reporting and develop actionable insights.
