Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager to enhance its paid acquisition strategies. The role involves managing paid social platforms, optimizing campaigns, and leading initiatives to drive user acquisition. The ideal candidate will collaborate with creative, data, product, and growth teams to achieve sustainable growth.
Role Involves:
- Day-to-day management of paid social channels
- Creative testing and optimization
- Performance reporting and analysis
- Leading landing page experiments and new channel launches
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns
- Experience in a B2C business or agency, preferably in mobile/app or finance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights
- Proven ability to collaborate with creative and analytical teams
