Job Description
A company is seeking a Windows System Administrator in Columbia, MD, to support the delivery staff by ensuring service levels and objectives are met. The Windows System Administrator will be responsible for administrating day-to-day IT systems, performing software installations and upgrades, monitoring system performance, and ensuring workstation/server data integrity.
  • Administrating day-to-day IT systems
  • Performing software installations and upgrades
  • Monitoring and tuning the system for optimal performance
  • Installing and monitoring security auditing software
  • Ensuring workstation/server data integrity
  • Developing and promoting standard operating procedures
  • Providing technical oversight during installations and recovery projects
Requirements:
  • Active & Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly REQUIRED
  • Ten (10) years of experience as a SA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 5 years of SA experience)
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + Preferred)
