Fictiv is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Monterrey, Mexico. This is an on-site position where the Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration between customers and manufacturing partners.

The Manufacturing Engineer will contribute to a growing, high-performing group of manufacturing experts who are shaping the future of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, and urethane casting.

What this role involves:

• Analyzing and optimizing designs
• Advising on DFx improvements
• Generating accurate quotes
• Developing cost calculators
• Supporting automation
• Creating high-quality 2D drawings

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role with sheet metal expertise and management experience
• Fluent in Spanish & business English
• Detail-oriented & analytical
• Self-starter
• Passionate about manufacturing
