Sr. Product Designer

Job Description

Fictiv is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Pune, India. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for leading design initiatives for Fictiv's manufacturing platform, creating intuitive and efficient user experiences. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers, applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems. This role offers an opportunity to grow into a leadership position within Fictiv.Here’s what the role involves:

• Leading end-to-end product design projects from concept to implementation.
• Conducting and analyzing user research to identify user needs and pain points.
• Creating comprehensive design solutions including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on design principles.
• Establishing and maintaining design systems and patterns.
• Presenting design solutions to leadership and advocating for user-centered approaches.

Fictiv is looking for someone with:

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An eye for high-quality visual and interaction design.
• Ability to balance user research, strategy, business insights, and intuition.
• Experience using testing, experimentation, and research to inform design decisions.
