Job Description
Momence is seeking an Account Executive, SMB to pioneer its expansion into the German market. This is a remote role based in Berlin, Germany. The Account Executive will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals with German small business owners. They will conduct product demonstrations and consultative selling entirely in German.

Role involves:
  • Generating new business acquisition through the complete sales cycle with German prospects
  • Conducting engaging product demonstrations via screen share in German
  • Prospecting German businesses via cold calls and strategic email outreach in German
  • Educating and consulting German prospects on how Momence can help grow their business
  • Identifying influencers and decision makers within target German organizations
  • Navigating German business culture and decision-making processes
  • Managing sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Providing market feedback to help shape our German market strategy

Requirements:
  • Native or near-native fluency in German and professional proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of closing experience in software sales
  • 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses, preferably in Germany or German-speaking markets
  • 1+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Strong understanding of German business culture and market dynamics
  • Comfort working across time zones with a US-based team
